Minimum Order

Initial Minimum order value £250 thereafter £100 on reordering.

Payment

Payment can be made via pound sterling cheque, credit / debit card or direct bank transfer.

Accounts

For new customers, goods will be despatched on receipt of payment. A 30 Day credit account may be opened when a credit account application form has been completed and the necessary credit checks have been made.

Important Information: All Accounts are strictly 30days, failure to settle an account within this time period will result in subsequent orders being paid on a proforma basis.

Goods are only despatched to non-UK customers on receipt of payment.

All collection fees incurred by us regarding the recovery of overdue accounts will be passed on to the customer. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate of 2.5% per month.

Delivery

Orders over £250 (excluding VAT) which are delivered within the UK are not subject to delivery charges.

Orders with a value of up to £250 (excluding VAT) delivered within the UK will be subject to a £6.50 delivery charge.

All Overseas shipping will be charged at cost. Please contact Zilver Designs for further information.

Zilver Designs Limited reserve the right to alter delivery charges in the event of disruption to our normal delivery services.

Zilver Designs Limited will not accept liability for any loss resulting from late delivery or non delivery of goods.

All deliveries will require a signature.

Any deliveries having been redirected to an alternative address or returned to Zilver Designs undeliverable will be subject to a surcharge of £20.50 this is a standard charge made by our carriers.

Part delivery

Zilver Designs carry extensive stocks of all products. If however, certain items are not available on receipt of the order, Zilver Designs will supply all that is available from stock and invoice accordingly. Any product invoiced as a zero quantity will have to be re-ordered.

Important information: Zilver Designs does not operate a back order system.

Specification

Any illustration of a product or description of size, dimension, style, weight etc. is given in good faith. Many items are hand made with natural stones and cannot therefore be guaranteed as illustrated.

Should any product not be available in the size, colour or design ordered, an alternative may be supplied unless the customer specifies with the order that an alternative must not be supplied.

Damaged Goods/Returns

In the unlikely event that an item is delivered faulty, it must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of delivery accompanied by full details of the order date and invoice number. Goods must be returned within 7 days for credit/replacement to be issued. Proof of posting will be required in the unlikely event of the goods not being received by Zilver Designs.

Items will be credited provided the damage occurs prior to delivery, or if it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault. Items considered have been mistreated or damaging through wear or tear cannot be credited.

Important information: Any item deemed to be faulty by Zilver Designs will be credited to the customers account we are unable to send out replacement items.

The issuing of credit notes is at the discretion of Zilver Designs

Zilver Designs do not offer sale or return arrangements.

Prices

All prices are shown exclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice and orders are invoiced at prices current at time of despatch.

Errors

In the unlikely event of Zilver supplying your order incorrectly in any way, customers may contact Zilver immediately providing full details of the order, date and invoice number. Zilver will endeavour to correct the situation immediately.

Title Claim

These goods remain the property of Zilver Designs until such time they are paid for. The risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery but the ownership of the goods shall remain with Zilver until full payment has been received from the buyer (each order being considered as a whole).

In the event on non-payment Zilver Designs shall be entitled to repossess the goods unless they have been subject to prior resale, in which case Zilver shall be entitled to the proceeds of the resale in the hands of the buyer or liquidator, receiver or trustee in the bankruptcy of the buyer.
